Connecting Stripe

To accept payments, connect a Stripe account to your brand in its settings. Every show under that brand will use it. You can't open registration until it's connected and Stripe is accepting payments.

Our fee

Showrunner automatically charges 1% of every checkout.

Refunds

You can refund an order in full or in part from the Checkouts page. Refunding a division deletes the entry that goes with it. Once a division's schedule has started, that division can't be refunded.

Our fee isn't returned on a refund, and Stripe's fees still apply.
