Building schedules

Adding divisions

Select Schedules from the sidebar for your show. Unscheduled divisions are on the left, the schedule you're building is on the right, and the dropdown at the top of the right panel switches between schedules.

Select the divisions you want and hit Schedule. A division can only be scheduled once. Scheduled divisions are numbered based on the order in which they will run. You can change the order by dragging divisions into a different spot. As you add divisions, the start time of the division and total run time of the schedule are automatically updated.

Ordering performances

Open a division to see its performances. Their order can also be changed by dragging.

Rounds

Open a division to add rounds to it. Set the number of performers that advance to the next round and click "Add round". You can create up to 3 rounds. They will automatically be named Quarterfinal, Semifinal or Final.

Each round is added to the bottom of the list but you can change its order. They just have to stay after the round they follow. A round's performances are updated automatically when the previous round is completed.

Deleting a round also deletes every round after it.

Heat groups

You can select multiple heat divisions and merge them together into a heat group. Grouped heats perform together and are capped at 10 performances total.

Locking

Once a schedule has started you can't make any changes to it.
