On the Runs page, you can create and download an archive of all showcase performances for that schedule. The archive is organized by division.

Check-ins

The Check-ins page allows you to search by name or email and check people in.

Running a schedule

Open the Scrutineer page and start the schedule. From there you advance the run by calling performers to the stage. All required judges must have joined before the run can continue.

While the schedule is running, it will update live for all users.

Flagging a score

Something wrong with a score? Select it and hit Flag. The judge sees the flag, and their form comes back so they can fix it and submit again. You can't complete a performance or division while anything is flagged or still missing.

Releasing results

Scores stay private until you press Release scores, which releases every division that's been fully judged.

Rounds

Rounds will automatically be populated with the top performers from the previous round.
