Judging Day

How live judging works for organizers, judges, and competitors.

For organizers

When it's time to start the competition:

1. Make sure your divisions are assigned to schedules and your judges have accepted their invitations.
2. Navigate to the Runs section of your show.
3. Start a run for a schedule. This opens the live judging session.
4. Judges join the panel and score each entry. When all judges have submitted their scores, advance to the next entry.
5. The run completes automatically when all entries in all divisions on that schedule have been judged.

For judges

After accepting your invitation, you'll have access to the show's judging interface. When the organizer starts a run:

1. Join the judging panel for the schedule you've been assigned to.
2. Score each entry on the judging categories the organizer has set up. Submit your scores when you're done.
3. Wait for the organizer to advance to the next entry. The interface updates in real time - no need to refresh.

For competitors

After the competition, results are posted on the division page. You'll see final scores and rankings for each division you entered.
